Dr. Oscar Sotelo is a Board Certified Dermatologist with over 40 years of extensive experience. His specialization lies in the diagnosis and treatment of skin cancer, having successfully treated over 50,000 cases throughout his distinguished career. Notably, Dr. Sotelo is the *only* dermatologist in the Rio Grande Valley equipped with Superficial Radiotherapy (SRT) for treating non-melanoma skin cancer. Beyond skin cancer, he also achieves excellent results in treating various other skin, hair, and nail conditions.

Doralia (Dora) Flores, NP-C
Doralia (Dora) Flores, a bilingual board-certified nurse practitioner and a South Texas native, specializes in both medical and cosmetic dermatology. With a background that includes a BS in Nursing from UT Pan American and an MS in Nursing from Concordia University Wisconsin, Dora is passionate about skin health, with a particular focus on atopic dermatitis, acne, and dermatology for skin of color.
Dr. Echols
Dr. Echols, who grew up in Georgia, discovered her passion for healthcare early on. Inspired by her grandfather, a retired internal medicine doctor, she pursued a career in medicine. After completing medical school at the Medical College of Georgia and an internship at Presbyterian/St. Luke’s Medical Center in Denver, she finished her three-year dermatology residency at the Medical University of South Carolina, gaining comprehensive training in general, cosmetic, surgical, and pediatric dermatology.
Martin Harris, MD
Dr. Martin Harris is a board-certified Dermatologist who completed his undergraduate studies in Biology at Marquette University and served in the Army before earning his medical degree from the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences. He finds dermatology particularly rewarding due to its comprehensive nature, allowing him to guide patients from diagnosis through to treatment and potential cure. Dr. Harris enjoys spending time with his wife and four children.
