Account and Ordering Process
To access our collection of K-Beauty products and place orders, you will need to create an UMMA account. This membership provides access to our online wholesale shop, where you can search for products by type, category, brand, or specific product name.
If you are looking for a specific product not listed, you can submit a request by providing the brand name, product name, and desired quantity, or by uploading a product list file.
To ensure a smooth transaction, registration is required for business verification before you can access our wholesale e-commerce platform.
Minimum Order Requirements and Payment
MOQ stands for Minimum Order Quantity. The minimum order amount (MOA) is 500 USD for initial orders and 700 USD for reorders.
We offer flexible refund options based on your chosen payment method:
- Bank Transfer: Refunds can be issued as UMMA Credit or returned via Bank Transfer.
- Paypal: Refunds can be issued as UMMA Credit or returned via Paypal.
- Payoneer: Refunds can be issued as UMMA Credit or returned via Payoneer.
Shipping and Customs
UMMA offers three primary shipping methods:
- Delivered-at-Place (DAP): Utilizing carriers such as UPS, DHL, and EMS.
- Ex-Works (EXW): You arrange for a forwarder to pick up your products directly from the UMMA warehouse, with no additional shipping fee from our end.
We have successfully shipped to over 109 countries and are continually expanding our reach.
Please note: UMMA does not handle customs clearance. It is the responsibility of the buyer to check the customs regulations for imported goods in their respective countries prior to placing an order.
UMMA Points and UMMA Credit
When you sign up for UMMA, you can collect various UMMA Points, such as welcome points and product purchase points, which can be applied towards future orders.
UMMA Credit can be used as cash exclusively within the UMMA platform. You can track your collected and used credit historically by navigating to the 'MY page' and selecting 'UMMA CREDIT'.
Account Management
If you need to recover your password, navigate to the SIGN IN page and click on "Find PASSWORD". After logging in, you can manage your account details, including personal information and UMMA Points, by going to 'MY page' and then 'MY ACCOUNT'.
While you can sign up again after closing an account, re-enrollment may be subject to review if the previous account was forcibly closed by UMMA. Please note that upon account closure, all associated data, including account information, purchase history, and UMMA Points/Credit, will be permanently removed.
Order Inquiries
For specific order inquiries, please visit 'MY page', select 'ORDER HISTORY', then click on 'ORDER DETAILS', and finally 'INQUIRY' to ask about a particular order.
